Known as the Godfather of EV, Dr Andy Palmer CMG, FREng, is a chartered engineer and automotive executive. Having served as COO at Nissan and CEO of Aston Martin, Andy has led transformational change at two of the world's most recognisable businesses in the industry.

Throughout the last two decades, she has been actively engaged in various international projects, such as the International Seabed Mineral Expedition and the acquisition of the world's largest copper project, the Las Bambas Copper Mine.
With over 7 years of experience in China Central Government National 5-year strategic planning and execution in industrial & science technology industry, managed USD 6 Billion investment budget annually. Excellent at business planning and industrial project circularity management.
Wei holds transdisciplinary BA and Master's degrees in Information and Communication Engineering, English Language and Literature, and Business Management from top Chinese universities.
As the Chief Strategy Officer of Palmer Automotive, she confidently manages the company's current investments and develops new investment opportunities. Additionally, she collaborates closely with Dr. Andy Palmer in the energy sector for the Net-Zero commission, which is incorporated as Palmer Energy Tech Ltd.
